WHY IS THIS TOPIC IMPORTANT?

Increased competition and rising customer expectations are forcing many companies to focus more on digital transformation. Agility is one of the promising answers to the challenge of digitalisation. And yet: there are no blueprints for it. New players. New rules. New game.

HOW DO WE APPROACH THIS TOPIC?

Our motto is not "best practice", but "emergent practice". The participants work on two projects in parallel: on one as an agile Scrum team and on one in a classic line organization. Thus, the management team experience the difference first hand and witness the agile principles in practice. They also receive valuable feedback on their personal management style.

WHAT WILL BE DIFFERENT AFTERWARDS?

Executives gather experience and how-to-do for their own implementation of digital transformation. In addition, they experience an intensive change curve, which demonstrates the necessity for personal change. With the help of a concrete plan, they are well prepared to tackle the challenge of "digital transformation" within their own company.

REALITY TRAINING

ANCHORING "GOING AGILE" IN THE COMPANY

With our Reality Training we make change a tangible experience. Changes are often defined and communicated in an abstract way. The actual impact on the company's culture, processes and employees remains nebulous. Especially for executives and project managers as role models for change, a precise personal assessment is necessary in order to guide the employees through the change. The Agile Reality Training, together with our Sales Reality Training, is one of our unique experience formats. Reality Training is a two-day format. On day 1, the participants experience the (agile) conclusion of the first project part „Agile Concept" in a functioning agile project organization and develop an app-supported employee survey in a classic project organisation. On day 2, the participants take on a role in a SCRUM team and are supported by our Agile Coaches on site. There is a number of integrated methods and tools that can be adapted to fit your wishes and situation.

IN DETAIL

CASE

The participants work on their own case, which fits their specific situation: e.g. real projects for the organisation, the development of an agile concept for the organisation or an employee survey.

TASKFORCE

The task force "Agile Transformation" are the participants who "slip" into the case and form a SCRUM team. Their task is to develop a strategy for the company’s specific situation.

CHALLENGE

The challenge for the participants is to present concrete concepts for the implementation of a strategy. The participants have to master simulated resistances and time pressure, aided by "Going Agile“.

ONLINE FORMATS

The Reality Training is accompanied by diverse and rewarding online formats (Before - BeThere - Beyond). This accompaniment takes the form of online voting and questionnaires, among other things.
